Job Description
Job Summary
- As a Business Sales Assistant, you will support regional sales activities and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the regional implementation of new policies and initiatives.
- Maintaining records of display phones and organizing routine display checks.
- Coordinating opening stock documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Reconciling outstanding display phone arrears and updating records.
- Calculating rebates and sales incentives.
- Facilitating the warranty card process efficiently.
- Communicating official updates to the sales team and collecting field feedback.
- Handling DMS-related activations and resolutions across the region.
- Managing and maintaining all regional sales and operations data files.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced Data Analyst with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
