Bidding documents can be obtained by interested parties from the email address below clearly providing the following information: Company Name, Name of Chief Executive Officer of company, Company Address, Phone Number, Email, proof of Bidder’s geographical presence in the State for who his apply for is Mandatory

- Zone A: Abuja FCT
- Zone B: Borno State
- Zone C: Sokoto State
- Zone D: Yobe State
- Zone E: Kano State
- Zone F: Jigawa State
- Zone G: Kebbi State
- Zone H: Adamawa State
And Lot categories as follows:
- Lot 1 – Vehicle Rendering Service with Fuel and Driver
- Lot 2 – Vehicle Rendering Service with Fuel and without Driver
- Lot 3 – Vehicle Rendering Service without Fuel and without Driver
- Lot 4 – Driver as daily worker
Please clearly indicate the number of location applied for e.g. Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, Zone E, Zone F, Zone G and Zone H if you are applying for all 8 delivery locations

delivered in hard copy sealed envelopes to the Action Against Hunger Office near you. Electronic version will not be accepted.
The deadline for submission of offer is November 10 2025 at 5pm, local Nigerian time.
