Job Description
Objectives
- As a Centre Marketer at MSI Nigeria, your role is crucial in driving strategic business plans, developing marketing strategies, and increasing opportunities for the clinic.
- Your initiative, energy, and results-driven orientation will be utilized to identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend strategies to retain a competitive edge in the market.
- With excellent communication skills, you will effectively communicate and promote the clinic's services to target audiences.
- Your persuasive and goal-oriented approach will contribute to lead generation and prospect management, ultimately driving continuous growth for the clinic.
- By monitoring marketing performance and collaborating with management, you will ensure the achievement of sales goals and contribute to the clinic's short- and long-term business development plans.
- Your strong computer skills and experience in field marketing, preferably in a medical facility, will further support your success in this role.
- Your pro-choice attitude and commitment to safeguarding clients will demonstrate your dedication to promoting a safe and respectful environment within MSI’s reproductive health services.
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans & development forecasts for new business opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing, communication, and product development plans to maximize volumes and increase opportunities for the Clinic
- Leverage insights from competitor strategies, price, and service offerings & recommend strategies to retain lead and increase market share.
- Drive the continuous growth of the Clinic
- Continually monitor marketing performance with regards to changes within the marketplace; undertake thorough analysis to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and review reports and documents; Request-for-Proposals; preparing background documents as necessary
Required Qualifications
- HND/ Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years post NYSC experience in field marketing.
- Preferably previous experience in a sales capacity in a medical facility such as hospital or diagnostic centre.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
