We are seeking a

to join our organization in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the , , and other applicable data protection regulations, while promoting a strong data privacy culture across the organization.

• Ensure organizational compliance with NDPA, NDPR, and relevant data protection laws
• Develop, implement, and monitor data protection policies and procedures
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments
• Serve as the primary contact point for the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC)
• Oversee data breach management, reporting, and response processes
• Provide data protection training and awareness to staff
• Advise management on privacy-by-design and data governance matters

• Certification as a
  Data Protection Officer (CDPO)
  from IIM
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian data protection laws and global best practices
• Proven experience in data protection, compliance, legal, IT, or risk management
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
