- You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling garments with care, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high service standards.
Job Duties
- Receive, sort, and tag laundry items accurately.
- Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines according to established procedures.
- Inspect clothes before and after washing to ensure quality and prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area.
- Report any equipment issues or garment concerns promptly.
- Follow company policies on quality control, safety, and hygiene.
- Deliver completed orders on time, ensuring excellent finishing.
- Demonstrate ownership of tasks and a commitment to high standards.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry or hospitality services is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and consistency.
- Physically fit and able to handle laundry loads.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
