• Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the organization
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls
• Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial advice to management
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

• ICAN Certified (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant (Retail, Pharmacy is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
