Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven financial management expertise, capable of driving business growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership, forecasting, and direction to support business growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems that ensure the company’s financial health.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment strategies.
Identify business opportunities and risks, and recommend initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business strategy.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
Strong business strategy experience and proven ability to align finance with organizational growth.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Honest, stable, calm under pressure, and with strong foresight.
