Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing DrugStoc’s digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare provider space.
  • The role involves managing multiple digital channels, analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring strong ROI while maintaining consistent brand messaging aligned with company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Optimize website and content to improve organic search visibility (SEO).
  • Collaborate with the Communications/Content team to develop engaging digital content.
  • Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, engage audiences, and grow followership.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Monitor web analytics, user behavior, conversion performance, and digital funnels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and timely campaign delivery.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Core Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and web performance.
  • Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong writing and creative skills for ads, social posts, and email content.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the B2B healthcare/pharmaceutical market.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in web analytics and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
