Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and disciplined
Chief Security Officer (CSO)
to lead and manage our Close Protection Department and Event Security Operations
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate close protection assignments and event security operations
- Plan, deploy, and supervise security personnel for events and special engagements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security strategies
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to security protocols
- Liaise with clients, event planners, and relevant stakeholders
- Prepare reports and provide security briefings as required
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly resourceful with sound judgment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to read and write effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive (valid driver’s license required)
- Security background will be an added advantage
- Educational qualifications are subject to the above competencies
