Location / Surroundings: Clean and maintain outdoor areas, compound driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
Waste Management: Sweep common areas, empty trash bins, and dispose of waste properly.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Mop, mop hard surfaces, sanitize common touch points, and clean outdoor furniture.
Maintenance: Ensure the compound remains tidy, which may include cleaning windows, sweeping leaves, and cleaning exterior walls.
Safety & Compliance: Use cleaning chemicals safely, follow health standards, and report needed repairs.
Supplies: Stock required cleaning materials and report shortages.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cleaner, particularly in outdoor or compound maintenance.
Ability to work independently and adhere to a strict cleaning schedule.
Physical stamina to handle manual labor and cleaning equipment.
Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
