Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and upsell them.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Bring in new clients and grow the customer base.
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.
- Prepare and submit client reports as required.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or financial services is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be based in Lagos or able to work in a branch close to you.
