Job Description
Job Summary
- The Client Service & Operations Officer will oversee daily facility operations, client engagement, and service delivery.
- The role involves managing janitors, coordinating cleaning and pest control activities, handling invoicing and payroll, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency across client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy janitors across client sites.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage invoicing, payroll, and operational reports.
- Handle inventory management, purchasing, and sales of consumables.
- Conduct site inspections and provide regular reports.
- Oversee fumigation, pest control, and contingency cleaning operations.
- Carry out field inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND / HND with a valid driver’s license.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in Facility Management, Cleaning, or Pest Control.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of HSE standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning and pest control equipment.
- Strong presentation, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and client management abilities.
- Project management experience is an added advantage.
- Driving skills with a valid license will be an added advantage.
