Job Description

Job Summary

  • The Client Service & Operations Officer will oversee daily facility operations, client engagement, and service delivery.
  • The role involves managing janitors, coordinating cleaning and pest control activities, handling invoicing and payroll, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency across client locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy janitors across client sites.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage invoicing, payroll, and operational reports.
  • Handle inventory management, purchasing, and sales of consumables.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide regular reports.
  • Oversee fumigation, pest control, and contingency cleaning operations.
  • Carry out field inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • OND / HND with a valid driver’s license.
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in Facility Management, Cleaning, or Pest Control.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level).
  • Knowledge of HSE standards.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and pest control equipment.
  • Strong presentation, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and client management abilities.
  • Project management experience is an added advantage.
  • Driving skills with a valid license will be an added advantage.
