Employment Type: Hybrid (2 Days on site + Field + Remote)
Adaptive Care Medicals requires two (2) disciplined and professionally trained clinical professionals to serve as
Clinical Research Officers
, representing the company in official engagements with healthcare institutions and coordinating facility partnerships. Officers represent the company in authorized institutional engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a related life science/ health field.
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or research setting. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Licensed nurse or certified nursing professional
- Strong professional communication skills
- Confident presenting within medical environments
- Organized reliable, and detail-oriented
EXPERIENCE:
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes, terminology, and ethics.
- Experience with data collection, entry, and basic management.
- Familiarity with structured documentation formats and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols and work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and coordinate meetings with healthcare facilities
- Present company solutions to clinical teams and administrators
- Supervise product evaluations and staff guidance
- Maintain structured follow-ups and reporting logs
- Manage assigned facilities as primary liaison
- Support transition of facilities into procurement phase
COMPENSATION:
- Salary: N100,000 - N150,000based on level of experience.
- Commission payment tied directly to confirmed institutional orders and company gross profit
- Additional team incentives activated when revenue thresholds are achieved
WORK STRUCTURE:
- Assigned healthcare facility portfolio (Ownership model)
- Office days: Monday & Wednesday
- Scheduled field visits on other days
- Structured performance review after probation
