About the Role
- TENN Microfinance Bank is recruiting smart, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our Contact Center as Collections Officers.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, negotiating repayments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers on overdue loans
- Remind customers of repayment deadlines
- Negotiate new repayment commitments and follow up
- Update all call outcomes and customer records in the system
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports
- Escalate difficult accounts to the Recovery Supervisor
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical recovery practices
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc. accepted
- 1–2 years experience in loan recovery or contact center (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with performance targets
- Good computer literacy (CRM, Excel)
- Reside within proximity to Surulere is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- N100,000 monthly fixed salary
- Up to N100,000 monthly performance bonus
