Job Description

Responsibilities

Prospect, acquire, and meet the Commercial loan sales target.
Grow borrowings (Deposit liability) in line with the set target.
Act as a point of escalation for clients and client service teams, ensuring best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.
Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current.
Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies.

Qualifications

First Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, and related courses
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development associated roles.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record in Credit/Risk Analysis, Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, and people skill.
