Job Description

Responsibilities

Safely transport company staff, management, and authorized visitors as assigned
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with official schedules
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good working condition of the company vehicle
Conduct daily checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, tyres, etc.)
Report any mechanical faults or maintenance needs promptly
Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle documentation renewals
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
Adhere strictly to company policies and road traffic regulations
Ensure the vehicle is used only for authorized company purposes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Assist with basic administrative errands when required
Avoid reckless driving, unauthorized passengers, or misuse of company vehicles
Ensure proper parking and security of the vehicle at all times.
