Job Description
Role Summary:
As the Receptionist, you will manage our front desk, provide exceptional client service, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, so a professional demeanour and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and welcoming guests.
- Maintain office records, schedule appointments, and support administrative duties.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal communication.
- Handle correspondence and maintain a professional reception area.
- Support HR and admin tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Must be a female with a Minimum of 2 years’ proven experienceas a Receptionist or front desk officer in thecorporate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, English & Literature, Mass Communication, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
