Compliance Manager at Linkup Human Capital

We are seeking an experienced

to lead our compliance function and ensure that our organization consistently adheres to . You will be a key partner to senior management, regulators, and stakeholders in safeguarding our institution’s reputation and operational integrity.

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework, policies, and procedures
• Monitor daily operations for compliance with CBN guidelines, AML/CFT laws, and statutory obligations
• Advise management on regulatory changes and their operational impact
• Oversee compliance checks on loan portfolios & public sector lending
• Lead compliance training & awareness programs for staff
• Interface with regulators (CBN, NDIC, etc.) during examinations and inspections
• Investigate and report compliance breaches or emerging risks
• Prepare and submit timely compliance & regulatory reports

• 5–7 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory roles in a Microfinance Bank or financial services institution
• Strong knowledge of CBN regulations, lending frameworks, and financial laws
• Hands-on experience with public sector lending compliance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & advisory skills
• Strong ethics, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCMP, CCO, ACA (highly desirable)
