Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the banking sector.
- B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Customer- and market-oriented with strong networking abilities.
- Ability to establish strategic direction and drive execution.
- Proven track record of delivering and owning results.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Solid experience in deposit mobilization, investment, credit, and loan products.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, anticipate client needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance targets in consumer banking sales and marketing.
- Drive credit marketing initiatives, with focus on IPPIS loans, salary loans, personal loans, and other consumer credit facilitiesto expand the bank’s loan portfolio.
- Conduct credit assessment by preparing and completing loan documentation, researching and evaluating applicants’ financial status, references, repayment ability, and risk level.
- Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s credit policies, risk standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with risk management, compliance, and securities teams to maintain quality loan assets.
- Provide advisory support on consumer banking products such as savings, investments, and credit facilities.
- Interpret and apply relevant regulations, including exemptions relating to the processing of personal data, in line with banking and data protection requirements.
