to manage our digital presence and create engaging content that promotes our real estate properties. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality content, growing social media pages, and driving engagement that converts to leads.

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Promote real estate properties through creative content and campaigns.
• Develop and execute content calendars and marketing ideas.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and generate leads from social media.
• Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing strategies.

• Minimum of 1 year experience
  as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
• Strong skills in video creation, editing, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media growth and engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
