Job Description
Resposibilities
- The Contract Staff will support daily banking operations across assigned departments including Relationship Management, Credit & Collections, Compliance, and Customer Service.
- The role involves assiting in customer relationship management, loan monitoring, regulatory compliance, and providing excellet cusomer support to ensure smooth banking operations and customer satisfaction.
- Kindly note that the contract is renewable after 12 months based on performance.
General Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree from a prestigious higher institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Basic computer proficency.
