Job Description

Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts for HVAC, Elevator, and Systems Integration projects.
Manage contract execution and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, legal requirements, and company policies.
Identify potential risks in contract terms and implement mitigation strategies.
Handle claims management, dispute resolution, and variation orders effectively.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring performance meets project standards.
Prepare monthly commercial reports and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
A degree in
Quantity Surveying (QS)
is highly preferred. Alternatively, candidates with degrees in
Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or
will be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, or Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of standard contract forms
Demonstrated experience in claims preparation and dispute resolution.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
