Job Description
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning), cook dishes, and manage menu itemsto hotel standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Set up, stock, and maintain clean, organized workstations throughout the shift.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure food quality, check expiration dates, and maintain hygiene to meet safety regulations (e.g., HACCAP).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with thekitchen team, including Executive Chefs.
