Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook meals according to event requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with stock control.
- Collaborate with the events team to meet client expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education: SSCE or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in event catering
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure
- Good teamwork and communication skills
