Job Summary

We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven senior credit and marketing officer to oversee the company’s ongoing marketing operation and drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
The candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the organization, attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.
The candidate must be currently working on the island with a commercial bank or financialinstitution.
Candidates with experience in marketing, an MBA, or a master’s degree will have an added advantage given the sector’s fast-paced, regulatory, and technology-driven nature.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.).
Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, finance, or related field
3-6 years of experience
MBA or master’s degree within this field will be preferred
Experience within a fintech industry will be preferred
Experience working in a banking sector is an advantage
Proven track records of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and performance management.
Excellent marketing, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
The candidate must have a good understanding of financial regulations, lending, blockchain, digital payment, or related sectors.
