- FLEXI Microfinance Bank is seeking a result-driven and proactive Credit Sales Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting loan products, and driving loan portfolio growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals.
- Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses.
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications.
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
