• Familiar with social media marketing (instagram, TikTok and whatsapp)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in ERP softwares and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and time management skills

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth
• Responding to customers on whatsapp, TikTok and instagram 
• Generate lead magnets and convert leads to customers 
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
