Invent Alliance Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with our bakery customers. This role is central to ensuring smooth order handling, excellent customer experience, and consistent repeat business across retailers, resellers, and corporate clients.
The Customer Relationship Officer manages daily customer interactions, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves fixed weekday hours, with weekend work on a shift basis, and combines manual records with basic digital tools such as CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Build and manage relationships with retailers, resellers, and corporate clients to encourage repeat patronage and long-term loyalty.
- Receive, confirm, and track high-volume daily orders using, CRM, spreadsheets, and manual records
- Communicate with customers via in-store visits, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and post-delivery follow-ups
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly
- Support sales targets through structured upselling of bakery products
- Maintain accurate customer and order records and provide routine reports
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Experience in customer service or sales support (bakery/FMCG or food production environment)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume repeat orders with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets
- Ability to work fixed weekday hours and participate in weekend shift rotations
- Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby areas
