Responsibilities
- Open the store promptly, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for the day.
- Clean and organize the store before sales begin to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Update daily sales and inventory reports accurately in the ERP system.
- Take customer reviews and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to your supervisor.
- Support the team with daily operations.
- Handle and complete order-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
