Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Open the store promptly, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for the day.
  • Clean and organize the store before sales begin to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Update daily sales and inventory reports accurately in the ERP system.
  • Take customer reviews and feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to your supervisor.
  • Support the team with daily operations.
  • Handle and complete order-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
