Job Description
We are currently seeking a smart, dedicated, and highly professional female candidate to fill the position of Customer Service / Administrative Manager.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Possess a good academic background in Management, Administration, or related fields
- Reside in Abuja (preferably close to our office)
- Have basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Be skilled in secretarial duties and office management
- Have experience in content creation and social media management
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- Be well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Be ready to resume immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
