Job Description
Working hours- 8:00am-5:30 pm (Mon-Fri. including 2 Saturdays in a month)
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Customer Service and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about company products/services and guide customers through processes.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Manage and organize office documents, records, and files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments to support smooth workflow when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Supervise other support staff

- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- OND degree in any field of study
