Summary
- We are looking for a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team.
- This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle patient records, files, and confidential details
- Schedule appointments and follow up on bookings
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication
- Provide general support to the clinic’s wellness programs and services.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
- Prior experience in acustomer-facing role is an advantage
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
