DozzaVille
is seeking a customer-focused and digitally savvy Customer Care Representative
to join our team in Awka
. In this role, you will serve as the voice of DozzaVille, ensuring every customer receives prompt, warm, and professional assistance across phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
- Provide clear information about our products, promotions, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and requests.
- Represent the DozzaVille brand with a friendly and solution-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask across different digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or around Awka.
