Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- Candidates must reside around the Oshodi axis.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about shipping services.
- Assist customers with booking shipments and resolving issues related to shipping and delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of shipments and customer requests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
