Customer Service / Sales Rep at Regal Prints

We're looking for a detailed-oriented customer/sales representative to join our team. you'll be responsible for scouting companies that need our services, answering and providing customers with accurate product information they require. you'll also serve as our primary point of contact for inquires, data, sales, and all marketing initiatives.

• Responding to our customers on our social media platforms 
• Accurate knowledge of print terms and print finishes 
• identify and source for clients who needs print and packaging (FMCG, Business owners, companies, agencies, event planners,
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools 
• following up with leads generated from ads/ events 
• Processing orders and returns, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Attention to every little details 
• Effective communicator with empathetic skills
• Close proximity to the office environ ( shomolu, yaba, bariga, maryland)
• Role is FULLTIME
