Job Description
Just Safes is Nigeria's foremost online retailer that is passionately committed to helping customers protect their valuables from Fire, Water and Theft. Our range of fireproof and basic safes have been helping customers protect their precious assets whether at home or in the office since 2021.
We are currently looking for one Customer Service/Support advocate with experience in social media to join the team so we can expand our customer footprint and improve our value proposition.
The ideal candidate, preferably female will be responsible for:
- Content creation - creative storytelling and converting thought to actual top notch content
- Establishing online presence on other SM channels - Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter etc
- Responding to customer enquiries online
- Brainstorming and researching workable ideas we can deploy to our brand
- Implementing customer loyalty strategies
- Projecting the right image as the face of the brand
- Managing the customer database
- Brand promotion activities
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1- 2 years hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, social media ads and digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in social media ads
- Ads creation and management skills across different platforms (Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads)
- Basic video editing and graphic skills (CapCut, Canva etc.)
- An expert communicator in both writing and speaking forms
- Personality that constantly thinks outside the box
Compensation
N100,000 - N120,000 per month
