Attending to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Providing accurate information about products, services, prices, and company policies.
Resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assisting customers with product selection and usage guidance.
Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer requests.
Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining good customer relationships.
Updating customer databases and preparing service reports when required.
