Officer
who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all Atuspay platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Account & Transaction Support
- Assist customers with account-related issues.
- Guide users on transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved customer requests.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Log issues and feedback for system improvement.
- Prepare basic support reports when required.
Customer Experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
- Educate users on platform features and best practices.
