Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and websites.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, ads, newsletters, and basic visuals.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basicvideo editing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience in real estate, finance, or service-based industries.
