Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, manage, and optimize our online marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving online traffic, and growing sales through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display ads.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and online ads.
- Manage company social media pages, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to recommend improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
- Manage online store listings, product descriptions, and digital catalogues.
- Collaborate with the sales and branding teams to align marketing goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 3-4 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
