Job Summary

  • Campus Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled and passionateDigital Marketing Specialist Trainer (Contract)to deliver high-quality, practical training to students and professionals.
  • The trainer will teach both foundational and advanced digital marketing concepts, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience with tools and strategies used in today’s digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in digital marketing.
  • Teach modules covering:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
    • Content Marketing and Copywriting
    • Email Marketing and Automation
    • Web Analytics and Data Reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
    • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
    • Digital Branding and Online Reputation Management
  • Develop lesson plans, class notes, and practical assignments aligned with NIIT’s academic
  • standards.
  • Guide students in executing real-life digital campaigns and projects.
  • Evaluate students’ work, provide feedback, and monitor learning progress.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Maintain professionalism and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experiencein digital marketing or as a trainer.
  • Proficiency in major digital marketing tools such as:
    • Google Ads & Analytics
    • Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
    • Canva or Adobe tools
    • WordPress or website builders
    • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to teach learners with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Passion for teaching, innovation, and technology.

Remuneration
