Direct Sales Agent at AMS Finance & Management

• We are seeking vibrant, persuasive, and goal-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell IPPIS Loans to federal government employees.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building strong relationships, and driving loan product sales to achieve assigned targets.

• Actively promote and sell the company’s IPPIS loan products to federal government employees on the IPPIS platform.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers through field marketing, referrals, and direct engagement.
• Provide customers with accurate information on loan terms, requirements, and repayment schedules.
• Guide prospective clients through the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Lead.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on competitor loan products, pricing, and market dynamics.

• Minimum of OND / NCE; a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Proven sales experience (experience in loan sales, microfinance, or financial products is highly desirable).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Energetic, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with IPPIS platform and federal government employee network is an advantage.
