Job Description
Job Summary
- The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving product sales across assigned LGAs in Lagos.
- The role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, entrepreneurial experience, and a results-driven mindset to ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a minimum of 30 product sales dailywithin 2 assigned LGAs, plus at least 5 sales from other LGAs.
- Execute both direct selling and pay-on-delivery strategiesto achieve faster conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Leverage personal sales experience and networks to consistently exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily performance.
- Promote brand awareness and enhance customer engagement within communities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 30 sales dailyfrom assigned LGAs.
- Minimum 5 additional sales dailyfrom other LGAs.
- Consistent achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Effective customer conversion and retention rates.
- Quality of customer feedback and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales(organic or direct selling).
- Experience managing or running a personal business is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Lagos and be willing to work across multiple LGAs.
