Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and reassign orders to 3PLs, riders, and drivers based on capacity, proximity, and resources.
- Collaborate with fellow Dispatchers to plan and batch deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor rider and driver positioning to minimize idle time.
- Handle riders’ and drivers’ inquiries or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Liaise with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset.
- Solid understanding of fleet management and logistics operations.
