About the job
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Document Control/QHSE Executive to support our QHSE department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and driving continuous improvement in our quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ensure the company’s compliance with all accreditation and professional membership requirements.
- Work with Head, QHSE to manage the implementation and continuous improvement of our management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018).
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, accreditation boards, and professional organizations to maintain valid accreditations.
- Ensure the adherence to guidelines and codes of practice stipulated by professional organizations.
- Prepare and submit required documents, reports, and certifications to maintain active memberships.
- Work with Head, QHSE to lead internal and external audits for compliance with various industry standards.
- Assist the Head, QHSE to drive the company’s policy on continuous improvement, quality management, and risk mitigation.
- Act as the company’s key contact point for all regulatory and accrediting bodies.
- Conduct awareness programs on compliance and quality-related issues.
- Monitor changes in relevant standards and regulations, ensuring the company’s practices are aligned.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc/HND in any field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/control within the Oil & Gas sector
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 and 1SO 14001
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas training accreditations
