Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Driving and Transporting

Safely transport company staff, clients and visitors to various locations, including company meetings, and other business-related activities.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, well maintained and in good working condition at all times.
Provide professional and timely customer service, ensuring a positive experience for staff, clients and visitors.
Keep accurate records of travel logs, mileage, fuel consumption and any other relevant reports as requested.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses, e.g. (vehicle insurance, road permits).
Perform occasional office duties as assigned by the Administrative officer or Operations Manager.
Support the team during property events, exhibitions, and other company activities where transportation may be needed.
Infographic Design: Create informative and engaging infographics to showcase real estate data and trends.

Requirements:

Must possess WASSCE/National Diploma certificate with at least 2 years working experience.
National Diploma or higher qualifications in any field.
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
Good Written and Verbal Communication.
Proximity to the workplace is very important
