The driver is to operate and control a vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring the transportation of staff, clients, and materials to designated locations.

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations 
• Ensure punctual and timely transportation services.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as checking oil, water, lights, and tires.
• Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles with the approved service provider.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
• Ensure all relevant vehicle documentation is up to date, including insurance, registration, and roadworthiness certificates.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the Logistics Manager immediately.
• Provide courteous and professional service to staff, clients, and visitors.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings when necessary.
• Support the logistics team with other duties as assigned, including running errands and deliveries.
• Ensure daily cleaning of all vehicles before leaving the office premises

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to read and write, and communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
