About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and Spirit-filled Drummer to join their worship team.
The ideal candidate will carry both musical skill and a heart for ministry, creating an atmosphere that draws people into God’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

Play drums skillfully during worship services, rehearsals, and special programs.
Collaborate with other musicians and worship leaders to deliver excellent sound and flow.
Maintain punctuality, preparedness, and a positive attitude during all ministry engagements.
Care for and maintain the drum set and related equipment.

Requirements

Proven drumming experience (church setting preferred).
Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and musical dynamics.
Ability to flow with different worship styles and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Commitment to spiritual growth and ministry excellence.
