- We are seeking passionate and skilled Early Years Educators with proven experience in Montessori and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) methodologies to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with Montessori and EYFS standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress while tailoring learning to individual needs.
- Encourage creativity, independence, and problem-solving in young learners.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Foster holistic development – academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
- Contribute to school-wide early years events and activities.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Formal training and hands-on experience in Montessori and EYFS methods (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong classroom management and child engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
