Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineering Technician at Sunsteel Industries Limited.
The technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, conducting routine maintenance, testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
They will also assist in the design, assembly, and soldering of electrical components, as well as collaborate with team members to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical system issues
Sound knowledge and practical expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles
Familiarity with Test Equipment for system diagnostics and performance evaluations
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a challenging environment
Relevant vocational or technical certification in electrical engineering or a related field
Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial setting is a plus
Availability to work shifts including weekends
